The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) is the rite through which adults are received into the Catholic Church.

The RCIA programme is an exploration of faith and used to be called the Explorers Group in this parish. It is a time for those who are wishing to convert to the Catholic faith to come and explore the faith in a friendly and informal atmosphere, with the catechists and the Deacon.

We welcome those who have never been baptised and those who have been baptised into another strand of the Christian faith. The meetings begin in September and are weekly and Candidates received into full communion with the Catholic Church at the Easter Vigil.
